Timothy Diehn

Timothy Diehn joined BAA in 2024 after a career at Cummins leadership in Service Diagnostics and Customer Support. Under Tim's leadership, Cummins Inc. saw a significant increase in first-time repair rates as well as reducing the troubleshooting times and ultimately repair times. Tim was also instrumental in developing new tools and processes to enhance technician and engineering efficiencies including automated troubleshooting repair, create once publish many, and service diagnostic development forum.

Tim's current role at BAA is to lead the Business Development team as well as develop new and maintain current customer opportunities for BAA. 

​

Timothy earned a Bachelor Sciences degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
