Timothy Diehn joined BAA in 2024, bringing extensive leadership experience from his tenure at Cummins Inc. As a key leader within Service Diagnostics and Customer Support at Cummins, Tim spearheaded initiatives that significantly improved first-time repair rates and streamlined troubleshooting cycles. He was the architect of several transformative processes, including automated troubleshooting and "create once, publish many" workflows, which markedly enhanced technician and engineering efficiencies.
 

At BAA, Tim serves as the Director of Operations, where he steers core engineering efforts and provides strategic oversight for the Requirements, Controls and Diagnostics, and Publications teams. Having previously served as Business Development Manager, Tim leverages a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial insight to secure new business and cultivate high-value partnerships.
 

Tim received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
