At Bill Austin & Associates, we use system thinking to help companies develop products. We think systems or “relationships between things” are important. We believe relationships between people are equally important and that we are guided by ethics and professionalism.
We believe in respect for others, respect for their time at work and away from work. We believe in giving our employees enough information and freedom to make decisions. While perfection is elusive, we continually strive to understand and improve relationships of the systems we work on and the people we work with. Together these form our principles.
We keep those principles in mind as we work with our team members and our customers. We want to be the company that people want to work for and that companies seek to partner with to improve their products because of the principles we hold and the value we bring.
