Having spent 23 years within a single school district—serving as Administrative Assistant to the High School Principal and as a Senior Class Sponsor—Pam’s professional foundation is built on exceptional loyalty, organizational excellence, and a lifelong commitment to mentorship.

As Human Resources Manager, Pam champions BAA’s core philosophy: that the relationships between people are as critical as the technical systems they engineer.
